Finally Firefox’s realease in June broke every record in Software download within the first 24hr period. This means that the inevitable has happened and Microsoft is now in direct competition with its rival. The MS Internet Explorer has for so long now been plagued with constant bugs and security fixes that became too much exhaustion for users in the latter. Further to this since many have downloaded this latest scream of a product, pop-up windows is no longer a misery for many.
With expected downloads to continue over the coming months, finally the service for the latest pack is out, SP3, out for Windows XP is available. Those of you who have the Automatic Updates assigned to your machine will have the Update downloaded to your System tray and the yellow shield should appear.
